Superb experience from initial visit, no pressure from the team – more than happy for you to wander about the yard and look at the stock. Any questions were readily answered by either Kara or one of the specialists if it was something beyond her remit.
When we came to test drive, Dave came with us who was lovely and also helpful. We had a few issues/queries with insurance and were put at ease that they could help if we needed it. They of course have huge amounts of experience in that area.
We paid a deposit and got a few little niggles sorted before taking full ownership. This was done without any question, the way it should be but it’s rare. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and Victoria was always on hand to answer any questions whilst Kara was away. She did a great job!
Overall we are incredibly happy and I am already looking out for a second vehicle from KV Cars. Thank you to the team!
