My dream car! I purchased a 2008 Nissan Cubic Z11 from Kara at KV a few days ago and have could not be happier with my new little ride!

Originally I dropped in to view a different car that I saw on their website, but when I arrived Kara apologised and explained that the car we saw was actually at their other branch in North Wales, but advised she could have it delivered by the following day for me to test drive. She also showed me the car that I ended up purchasing on that initial day even though it had only just come in and wasn’t quite ready for sale yet, and after being more than satisfied with her friendly approach I arranged to go back the following day, and true to her word the car had arrived from Wales in less than 24 hours ready for a test drive!

After I had decided on the Z11 Cubic over a Z12 Autech Rider and purchased the car, Kara very kindly allowed me to drive a courtesy car while the Cubic was being prepared as she knew that I desperately needed a car for work. The courtesy car was a crazy little thing that was such fun to drive and caught attention everywhere that it went! (Photo added to the review because it was so just so cute!)

Kara then put the Cubic through its MOT at no extra cost to myself which then gave me a whole 12 months from the day that I drove it away. She also ensured that it had a fresh wax oil treatment and had an oil change completed as I was anxious about this. It put me at ease knowing that Kara cares about the quality and condition of the vehicle she is selling.

When it came to collecting the vehicle, Kara added in some bonus Japanese kit-kats as a personal touch following a conversation we had which is so incredibly kind.

This review is not about the car that I bought, especially as it’s a nearly 18 year old second hand vehicle and things will inevitably go wrong with it at some point – that’s just what happens with cars! But I know that should this ever happen then I am in good hands with Kara and the garages that she has reccomended.

Ultimately this is a (rather lengthy) review of Kara and her colleague at KV services & parts for their wonderful customer service and warmth that we received when purchasing a car through them.
