I had issues with finding a part for my car radiator, and called KV. The CEO answered the call and asked me to send a picture of the part via WhatsApp. However, I asked if I could visit the office as I wasn’t far from there. The boss and the staff members made the challenging situation easy as soon as I arrived; they found the part number and searched it for me online.
