From point of sale it takes approximately four weeks to register the vehicle with DVLA and within that four weeks, we aim to have all the other work carried out. Campervans may take longer dependent on conversion.

No, it just takes a little more effort as they are not on the database. We use an independent motor factors and normally have all parts same day. Now and again we use the main dealer and certain parts can be on back order in which case we can get direct from Japan within 4 days. If you did need help sourcing parts in the future we will be happy to assist.

There is not normally an issue getting Insurance but some companies do not insure Imports. However if your own Insurance company are not willing to insure the import they are not allowed to charge you a cancellation fee. There are many Japanese Import Insurance specialists out there that will quote you without a registration number. Again I will help you with all this information and can get you a quote while you are here or over the phone.

We are open 7 days a week by appointment.

Yes, most vehicles. We can give you an idea over the phone or in person.

 

The 6 months warranty we provide is supplied by an independent insurance company and covers you to use any VAT registered garage for repairs. We offer this as many people travel some distance to buy from us. Please read the warranty tab for further information on what is covered. You are also covered with us for the first 3 months on everything.
